LikeNice post, but you can't say there is a robust communication system when the mobile phones don't work properly from one end of the beach to the other, the internet is continually going off and is excruciatingly slow, and the government rations the power, and often there is no electricity at nigh. We've also had only 3 blue-sky days out of 14 days here. And we haven't bumped into Brad or Angelina once! ;)
