The Baobab has the following room accommodation categories each with a different feel. The Baobab Main Building Rooms with 87 sea facing rooms and the Baobab Garden Bungalows with 68 rooms with garden view.

The Baobab Superior Bungalows comprising of 28 rooms with partial sea view. Others include, Maridadi Wing superior rooms with 36 rooms fronting the sea or a view over the cascading pool, Maridadi Wing Deluxe Rooms with 8 rooms and Maridadi Deluxe Bungalows with 12 rooms. All the rooms are either sea facing or overlooking the cascading pool

Baobab Beach Resort Food and Drink

Baobab Beach Resort has three main restaurants offering sea food, international cuisine and local delicacies. Make a stop at the Marhaba restaurant immediately where the menu was a la carte and restaurant is only open during the evening times.

The other restaurant is the Maridadi restaurant where Asian specialties reign supreme with pizza, fish dishes and pasta additions to spice up the menu. And finally you indulge in a variety of dishes served buffet style at the Karibu restaurant that is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The wine list among the three bars mainly Tapa Tapa bar, Swahili lounge and Jambo pool bar is populated with local and international brands at affordable prices. You can also grab a bite at the Pata pata bar as you watch the sun set.

Most of the activities at the Baobab are all inclusive and you won’t get bored as you are spoilt for choice between the many water sports available and nature walks that you find anywhere else. Taking a stroll at the nature park or just unwinding besides the beach where the untouched vegetation is simply breath-taking, are some of your options.
