In total, the resort has 144 rooms comprising of presidential suites, doubles, deluxe, twins, inter-connecting rooms, junior suites and pent-house suites.

The standard rooms are moderately spacious and have central air conditioning, mini-bars, hair dryers, tea/coffee making facility, complimentary daily mineral water, electronic safe and a veranda

The deluxe rooms however, have added benefits on top of panaromic ocean views, a free newspaper daily, chilled fruit platter or fruit basket on arrival and a lounge area with an extra T.V. They too enjoy the basic servings of a standard room.


The junior suites have an open plan lounge, separate dining area and bedroom. The bathroom has a Jacuzzi on top of the provisions in a standard room.

The pent-house suites have an open plan lounge with a seating area, dining room and bedroom The bathroom has a single mould double glass vanity and Jacuzzi bath.

The presidential suite overlooks the ocean front and has a separate lounge, dining area and a dedicated bar with an open-plan bedroom . A walk- in closet, jacuzzi in the bathroom and full time butler are additions that make this suite the best.

The resort has three different restaurants serving an array of dishes from Japanese, Indian and Chinese cuisine served at the Sake Oriental Restaurant to fresh fish and mediterranean cuisine at Fins Seafood Restaurant & Grill. The Coral Rock Café is the buffet zone where food is cooked as you watch. The food presentation and variety is okay as the menu isn’t too repetitive .

The Zebra Square Bar & Piano Lounge is a cool hangout place while at the resort to while away the evenings. Alternatively Dunes Night Spot and Bar which features live bands welcomes those who like a higher level of activity to their evenings.

The more elegant & exquisite decor and comfortable seats of the Zebra Square Bar is ideal for drinks and exotic cocktails. For quieter, more reflective moments, the adjacent Piano Lounge provides a cigar and liqueurs corner, an ideal way to start your evening. Other bars include the pool bar, the Coral Deck Bar, the waves Bar all serve a variety of beverages, spirits, liqueurs and cocktails.

All the food served at the hotel is good, not always exceptional, but passing the test of well prepared meals. The level of cleanliness maintained in the rooms and restaurants is commendable.

Several activities are on offer at the resort including indoor and outdoor games like chess, table tennis, darts, pool, volley ball, bocce, water polo, water aerobics, jogging, Scuba diving, kite surfing, archery, tennis plus you can play golf at the 18 hole golf course adjacent to the resort.

The Dune’ Night Spot with live music gets you in the dance mood and from tuesday to Sunday you can shake to The Dj Mix that will have you dancing the night away at the Sins night club.

The maya spa has jacuzzi, jet baths, steam rooms, aerobics and yoga facilities, vichy shower, sauna and a fitness centre complete with a gymnasium to provide a relaxing experrience.
